Galette de Sophie is the best galette in Perouges. I would not buy galette anywhere else. Sophie’s galette is a good decent slice which tastes fresh & delicious. The place further up the hill, off the main square, offers a dried up skinny slither of galette which costs 25% more, served by mocking arrogant girls. Go to Sophie!

Nous avons testé 2 tartes salées et elles étaient vraiment délicieuses. La pâte était épaisse, presque briochée, et la garniture était généreuse et savoureuse. Elles font maintenant partie des meilleures tartes/pizzas que l'on a goûté. On recommande chaudement ! Quand nous y étions, il y avait 5 choix de tartes salées (2 sans viande, 2 avec, et celle du jour qui était aussi végé). On a attendu 25min en se baladant dans Pérouges. On a payé 13,50€ chaque et ça vaut amplement le prix !

En visite à Pérouges, nous avons fait le choix de commander notre repas chez Sophie et grand bien nous en a pris! Nous avons acheté une tarte salée et une tarte sucrée, spécialitée de ce joli village médiéval. Sophie nous les a prédécoupées de telle sorte que nous avons pu aisément les déguster sur la place principale du village. Nous nous sommes régalés et en avons rapporté une partie chez nous, du côté de Nice, histoire de prolonger le plaisir gourmand! Sophie travaille seule dans son échoppe et enchaîne ses galettes de qualité à tour de bras! Elle a beaucoup de mérite! Nous la remercions pour son charmant accueil et ses délicieuses galettes, et nous lui souhaitons une bonne continuation!

La boutique est très sympa, Sophie nous prépare notre tarte en direct en très peu de temps. La tarte au sucre ne coûte pas chère: 12€. Pour avoir goûté d'autres tartes, c'est sûrement la meilleure !
